As we know the Iron Man MK5 helmet features the miniature plates. The point of making this helmet is to achieve the ways they rise and close.
With 4 months of redesigning the structure for both electric assembles and model buildings. We finally completed the eventual iron man mk5 helmet. The one you see in this video is a sample, it’s not for sale but only for demonstration. Each of the helmets in the further producing will be same as this one:

* Totally 35 pieces assembled. 6 servos installed, 2 boards and 3 CPU work as the code’s demanded procedure.
Eye lights are changeable between white and red.

Helmet use function introduction:
Install AA battery and turn on the power switch of the helmet chin.
Manual control:
Touch the left ear sensing area: control the multi-piece mask open/close.
Touch the sensing area of the right ear: control the integral opening/closing of the mask.
Voice control:
English control instructions.
Before operating a command, you need to execute “Hello, Jarvis” to wake up the system to perform subsequent command operations. Within 30 seconds of the effective time of waking up the system, you can continuously input voice operation commands in sequence.
Failure analysis:
If the eye lights continue to flicker slowly, or the action is slow, the sound effect is blurred, and the battery is too low, replace the battery with a new one.
Operation failure, abnormal situation occurs, restart the system.
Wear a helmet, automatically detect failures, and restart the system.
Safe operation warning:
Precautions for power-on: Before turning on the helmet each time (or when restarting the system power), ensure that the mask is closed smoothly before turning it on. If the mask is partially or fully opened, you need to gently close all parts manually to ensure that the mask is closed smoothly Turn it on again. If the product is not used for a long time, please remove the battery.
